The MOAA Pennsylvania Council of Chapters (PA COC) held its biennial convention on Sept. 16-17, 2016 at the Heritage Hotel, located at 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601. It aws hosted by the Lancaster Chapter. Detailed information about the venue is at Annex A.
