The chapter meets at 6 p.m. on the third Thursday of odd numbered months at restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley. A business meeting followed by a guest speaker is normally conducted. One of the meetings is a social event, usually held in July at Coca Cola Park for an Iron Pigs game.
