Membership is open to anyone who holds or has ever held a commission or been a warrant officer in any component of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, U.S. Public Health Service or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Surviving spouses, including those whose deceased spouses would have been eligible for membership but were not MOAA members, are also eligible for membership.
Do I have to be a member of MOAA National?
